to prospect, cold call, follow-up, build relationships, and create
sustainable business partnerships. Current opening is for a full-time
position as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will prospect
new leads and sell our staffing services to new and existing clients. We
provide services to all types of clients in many different industries, which
includes but not limited to Manufacturing & Production, Warehouse &
Distribution, for Skilled and unskilled labor. We also service Clerical and
Financial fields. Previous sales experience working with these industries is
a big plus. The successful candidate will have outside sales experience, be
self-motivated, driven, and strive to exceed goals and expectations
Requirements:
Ability
to prospect for new business opportunities and maintaining existing customers
Build
a dedicated team of loyal customers.
Provide
support to that customer base by problem-solving
Maintain
a professional/working image in self and work environment including a vehicle.
Fulfill
customer needs for current literature, catalogs, product pricing, etc
Identify
potential accounts: soliciting new accounts
Work
in a fast-paced environment
Must
be capable of driving
Track
record of success in achieving sales and estimating results
Provide
excellent customer service in a team-oriented environment
