Wheel Sand Washing Machine

Wheel sand washing machine is a kind of Wheel-bucket sand washing equipment used with sand making machine. It is an important equipment for washing machine-made sand and natural sand. It can wash out trace stone powder and impurities in mixed sand produced by sand making machine and improve the quality of sand. It is mainly used for washing, grading and dewatering of quartz sand and pressure sand for backfilling of oil wells in construction sites, sand and gravel factories, concrete prefabrication factories of hydropower stations, glass factories.

1. Working Principle

When the impeller sand washer works, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly through the triangle belt, reducer and gear deceleration. The sand and gravel feed trough enters the washing trough, rolls under the impeller's drive, and grinds with each other to remove the impurities covering the surface of the sand and gravel, at the same time destroys the water vapor layer covering the sand, so as to facilitate dehydration. Form strong water flow, take away impurities and foreign bodies with small proportion in time, and discharge from overflow flume to complete the cleaning function. After the clean sand and gravel are taken away by the blade, the sand and gravel are poured into the discharge trough from the rotating impeller to complete the cleaning operation of the sand and gravel.
