Minimum Required Qualifications & experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in HR / Personnel Management)
• 3 years’ Full life cycle recruitment experience
• Vendor Management / Account Management experience
• Experience with Job Portals – (Dice, Monster, Naukri, CareerBuilder, Gulftalent etc.)
• Passive sourcing using LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
Preferred Qualification & Experience:
• Master’s Degree in (preferably in HR / Personnel Management)
• 5 years’ full life cycle recruitment experience
• Experience with Education sector recruitment
• International Recruitment Experience
Soft Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Relationship Management
Job Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship management
• Sourcing relevant CVs as per the requirements
• Identifying prospective clients and scheduling appointments with them
• Updating vacancies on the company website and social media sites
• Assistance and research on blog material, market research, other matter required for website and other purposes
• Other duties as may be required by the Management
