The Operations Manager is responsible for all ticketing, amendments and reissues for Middle East Markets, including quality control checks, reconciliation and reporting:
Issuing all Middle east Markets tickets
Quoting and processing of re-issues, date changes and schedule changes
Responsible for all accounting and invoicing relating to the payment of airline tickets and Travelstart products for specific International Markets
Monitoring of correct use of TCC across all the markets
Quality control checks of all tickets issued for International Markets
Reconciliation and recording of all issued tickets
Refunds and processing of credit notes and refund payments
Assisting with process implementation across all International Markets
Reporting as required for Weekly/ Month end purposes
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ticketing
The following responsibilities pertain to all ticketing tasks:
Ticket issuing for all the Middle Eastern Markets.
Schedule changes processing in accordance with the airline regulations and directions of relevant countries.
Respond and action all relevant email correspondence and phone calls with customers.
Maintain a high quality standard set out by quality procedures and company policy.
Queue management for Middle East Market.
Processing and control of refunds across all the Middle Eastern Markets.
Assisting with recovery of failed and unpaid bookings.
Customer Service
First contact for customers via phone/email/online chat service
General Online queries
Payment enquiries
Administrative duties
Quality Control
Checking that all previous day TCC's have been updated properly (all markets)
Reconciling AMD sales report with updated bookings in TCC daily
o Perform audit checks on all markets
Quality control on TCC invoice lines
o Perform audit checks on all markets
Checking that invoices are correct, updated and closed off
o Perform audit checks on all markets
Checking of booking accounts
o Perform audit checks on all markets
Keeping country policies and procedures updated to allow easy access for all staff
Airline information sheets (Commission/ Re-issue procedures/Contact details) for all markets
Identifying problem areas and offering solutions and training via skype/ manuals and new procedures
