This is why X-lite has carried out constant research and experiments to create new fabrics where the single materials are combined in predetermined quantity and patterns, which are to ensure the best results during the various working stages of the outer shell. The painting stage is a combined automatic and manual process, assuring a high quality standard for surface finishing. The shells have the various colours applied in automated phases, and the graphics are applied manually.
