How To Integrate Youtube Videos Into Powerpoint 2007, 2010 And 2013

Step :1

• Click File and select Options.


• Select Customize Ribbon.


• In the “Choose commands from” dropdown menu, select Main Tabs.


• Highlight the “Developer” entry and click the Add button.


• Click OK. The Developer tab will appear at the top of the window with your other tabs.

Step :2

Click the More Control button or select of the Developer tab.

Step :3

scroll down to find shockwave lash object under control button.

Step :4

Now "draw" the box on your PP where you would like the Youtube video

Step :5

Find the YouTube video that you want to embed in your web browser

Copy the YouTube URL that you would like to view :- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pKtAaKid4CM
Now change the URL as follows delete "watch?" and change the = sign to /
become https://www.youtube.com/v/pKtAaKid4CM

Note :- If you want the video to play automatically when you open the slide, add “&autoplay=1” to the end of the address.

Step :6

• Right-click on the box you created. Select Properties from the menu


• Find the Movie entry & copy the adjected URL into the movie field.


• Find the loop & under select false


• Find the playing option & under select false
