Anger is an out of place emotion that arises mostly by the feeling of losing control over a person or situation or both. Anger can also be triggered with feeling of having injustice. Usually anger is perceived of feeling frustrated, insulted, deceived or even under attack. On the contrary, anger not only leaves you helpless over a person or situation but also lose control of self. Anger issues can destroy lives and relationships.
If you hold your anger inside, it can lead to passive-aggressive behavior like ”getting back” at people without telling them why or being critical and hostile. Knowing how to recognize and express these feelings in appropriate ways can help you handle such situations better.
