UAE Real-Estate Experience is a MUST. An excellent, pro-active and assertive individuals
with sales experience in the region to make a mark in property sales.
Successful real estate agent requires a lot of
networking and contacts. Work independently. Knowing what needs to be done and
having the drive to do it. Clients prefer to work with pleasant, easy to get
along with, and trustworthy agents. Strong sales skills are also required for
this occupation. Convincing ability, clients to let them handle their listings.
Driving License and must be a resident already in UAE.
Job Description:
Advertise your properties. Generate sales
or rentals through direct prospecting, marketing, referrals from existing
clients. Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase
agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases. Act as an intermediary in
negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the
other. Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs. Contact
property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings. Coordinate
appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
