We are looking for a head chef for our busy restaurant. Immediate hiring. The Head chef should be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen. Also, the head chef will be involved in menu development for the restaurant's new season (September).
We will hire the person based on 1 day operation as a testing. Also, the cooking session will be conducted to see the cooking skills, plating skills and the creativity.
Head Chef will be asked to do other tasks time by time which requires flexibility and learning all details from our kitchen.
The extensive experience is required in managing people (such as assistant chefs) and we will need the person who can maintain our minimum wastage system.
