We are looking for qualified professional to fill out our vacancy for Facilities Operations Manager position for our Cleaning and Building Maintenance Company.
Job Description:
- Over-all daily management of cleaning staff in various locations
- Oversee progress of all cleaning projects and do evaluation report upon job completion
- Prepare weekly duty roster
- Prepares time sheets for payroll, overtime and invoicing purposes
- Prepare quotations and Estimates
- Attend client meetings and do ocular inspection of prospective sites
- Do marketing works, when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Male, preferably Indian or Arabs only.
- Minimum of 3 years Experience in Cleaning and Building Maintenance, preferably in the UAE or Dubai
- with valid UAE driving license an advantage
- Able to communicate well in oral and written English
- Knowledge in Arabic an advantage
- Willing to work extended hours.
- Has the ability to manage and negotiate with staff
