Branch Manager

Grassland Daycare & Nursery is a new facility in the heart of DIFC - Dubai, welcoming applications for a highly motivated Branch Manager to start immediately.

Some Key Responsibilities:

- To be a key member of the daycare and nursery's team, and ensures a smooth running day-to-day flow 

- Maintain positive attitude towards parents and customers by being friendly and

courteous. Provide assistance as needed, this will include over the counter, over 

the phone, etc.

- Managing center and employees inclusive of all responsibilities

- Registering new children and follow-up with outstanding payments

- Coordinate between team members and parents regarding children's development and needs

- Keep track of inventory and placing orders of missing items

- Consult with Managing Director regarding all business elements 

- Ability to multi-task and juggle timelines

- Managing social media channels

- Welling to work long hours on some occasions

Qualifications

- At least 3 years' experience in similar role

- Must be native or bi-lingual, having fluent command of English in written and spoken form.

- Have exceptional organization skills

- Be enthusiastic, patient, energetic and have a great sense of humor
