Feasibility
study is a scientific approach for evaluating the possibilities of the success
of an investment intervention before taking the decision of actual execution of
the project. This is done by evaluating the project’s ability to achieve
certain financial goals and milestones. In this manner, feasibility studies
also evaluate the risks and success possibilities of the project. Therefore,
feasibility studies are the right way to make an investment decision before
incurring any actual losses or costs in the project.
