Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Dehradun to Sankri (1,950 meters)
Start your journey with a scenic drive from Dehradun to Sankri
Duration: Approximately 10-12 hours
Enjoy breathtaking views of the Tons River and Himalayan foothills
Overnight stay in Sankri to acclimatize and prepare for the trek

Day 2: Sankri to Juda Ka Taal (4 km trek)
- Begin your trek through dense pine and oak forests
- Gradual ascent for the first 2-3 hours on a broad trail
- Experience the first glimpse of snow (during winter months)
- Trek through vibrant meadows and maple forests in spring
- Reach Juda Ka Taal campsite after a series of switchbacks
- Total trekking time: 4-5 hours
- Altitude gain: Approximately 600 meters

Day 3: Juda Ka Taal to Kedarkantha Base Camp (4 km trek)
- Trek through more challenging terrain with steeper inclines
- Pass through beautiful ridges offering panoramic views
- Navigate through uneven, dusty paths gaining about 700 meters in altitude
- Arrive at the pristine Kedarkantha Base Camp (3,400 meters)
- Enjoy stunning views of snow-capped peaks

Day 4: Summit Day and Descent (9 km round trip)
- Early start at 3 AM for the summit attempt

- Reach the Kedarkantha summit (3,800 meters)
